How long will it take for my magnets to ship (Production Time)?

Magnets ordered through our Occasion Category:
Your magnets ship when you want them. We have 4 different
production time schedules to fit your need:

RUSH    - ships 2-3 days after order is placed
RETAIL - ships 7 days after order is placed
MAG20 - ships 14 days after order is placed
MAG50 - ships 21 days after order is placed

All orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

Transit time for UPS Ground will be 1-5 days. NO Saturday or Sunday Delivery.

USPS Transit time is 2-3 days. NO Sunday Delivery.

All Transit times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

How long will it take for my Photo Gift to ship?

Your Photo Gift will ship in 3-10 days depending on the type of gift.

How may I send you my Photo/Artwork?

Photos and Artwork may be sent via e-mail or by US Mail. A scan fee is
charged for photos sent via US Mail.

E-Mail - your image must be at least 300 dpi at its printing size, or an
exact proportion to that size for optimum printing quality. Images may
be sent as a high resolution JPEG, TIFF etc.

US MAIL - we will scan your photos with our high quality scanners and
return with your magnet order. Scan fee applies.

Will I receive a proof?

Yes

All orders are sent a proof via e-mail for modifications or approval
prior to printing. No order is printed until approval is received. There
is no charge for the first or second proof revision.Additional revisions will
incur a Flat $15.00 fee.

The Wedding Childhood Design does not follow this proof schedule.

Magnets ordered through our Style Category DO NOT receive proofs.

In what quantities can I order my magnets?

When magnets are ordered online they may be purchased in lots
of 25.

When ordered by phone they may be purchased in any increment.
